Banana Smoothie Bowl w/ Coconut & Chia Granola

Hey Lovelies,
I thought of sharing with you my favourite breakfast of the moment, even though the weather has dropped and Autumn is here these smoothie bowls are still a staple in my household and boy do they kickstart my day. They are so easy to make as you can add anything to them and that's what makes them the best breakfast. Today I made mine really simply, with banana as I was running out of produce (I had to make do with what I had left in the kitchen). This bowl can be made more amazing with more fresh fruit added such as different kind of berries.
Make a coffee or tea by it's side and you're good to go.
Ingredients:
x1 frozen banana
x1 banana
x1 date
x 25gr Granola
(I used Rude health Chia & Coconut)
x200ml Milk of your choice
(I used Almond Milk Rude Health)
How to:
Just add the frozen banana in a mixer, along with a date (make sure to remove the pit). then just add the 200ml of almond milk and just whizz up until it is all blended nicely together.
pour this into a bowl and be as creative as you want with the toppings I chose some old fashion granola with more banana mmm!
